Mim is a privacy-focused experimental social application that allows users to share content using AI-assisted semantic reconstruction. By using Mim, you agree to the following Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mim.
Users must register using a valid email address and OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
Mim has zero tolerance for illegal, abusive, harmful, or objectionable content or behavior.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, generate, or share within the app.
Mim provides multiple privacy modes that users explicitly select before posting.
Depending on the selected mode, the app may store limited representations of content such as semantic data, ThumbHash, or optional low-resolution representations. Full-resolution original images used for posting are not transmitted to external AI services.
Content reconstruction and AI processing are primarily performed on-device.
Mim uses on-device AI to analyze and reconstruct visual content from limited representations. Generated or reconstructed results may differ from original inputs and may be inaccurate or unexpected.
Mim does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated or reconstructed content.
Mim implements moderation mechanisms including:
Reported content may be immediately hidden pending review. Reports are reviewed within approximately 24 hours, and violating content or accounts may be removed.
Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload.
By posting content, you grant Mim a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display and distribute that content within the app solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Mim is an experimental and research-oriented service. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Mim reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community safety standards.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

コンテンツの再構築およびAI処理は主にオンデバイスで実行されます。
Mim はオンデバイスAIを使用して視覚コンテンツを解析・再構築します。生成または再構築された結果は元の入力と異なる場合があり、不正確または予期しない内容になる可能性があります。
Mim はAI生成または再構築コンテンツの正確性、完全性、適合性を保証しません。
Mim は以下のモデレーション機能を実装しています：
通報されたコンテンツは確認までの間、即時非表示となる場合があります。 通報は概ね24時間以内に確認され、違反が認められた場合はコンテンツまたはアカウントが削除されることがあります。
ユーザーは自身が作成・投稿したコンテンツの所有権を保持します。
投稿することにより、ユーザーは本サービスの運営および改善の目的に限り、アプリ内でコンテンツを表示・配信するための限定的、非独占的、取消可能なライセンスを Mim に付与します。
Mim は実験的・研究志向のサービスです。機能は予告なく変更、修正、または終了される場合があります。
本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。 法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、本サービスの利用に起因する間接的、付随的、結果的損害について Mim は責任を負いません。
Mim は、本規約、適用法令、またはコミュニティ安全基準に違反したアカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
